After payment confirmation, we ensure a simple and transparent shopping experience. These are our shipping conditions:
Orders to mainland Portugal have a shipping cost of €4.
Orders to Spain have a shipping cost of €5.
We offer free shipping on orders over €75.
Estimated delivery time Mainland Portugal: next business day for purchases made and paid for before 3pm.
Orders to Azores and Madeira have a shipping cost calculated based on the weight of the order, ranging from €4.28 to €8.34.
We offer free shipping on orders over €85.
Estimated delivery time to Islands: 2 to 6 business days
For orders shipped to European Union countries:
For purchases under €200, a cost will be applied based on the weight of the order, which can vary between €6.77 and €21.44.
Shipping is free for purchases worth €200 or more.
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 business days.
For orders shipped to countries outside of Europe:
For purchases under €250, a shipping cost will be applied based on the weight of the order, which can vary between €6.77 and €34.90.
Free shipping for purchases worth €250 or more.
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 12 business days
For orders shipped to the USA:
For purchases under €250, a shipping cost will be applied based on the weight of the order, which can vary between €8.33 and €37.38.
Free shipping for purchases worth €250 or more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, payment method and shipping chosen. For payments with the "MBWAY" option, payment expires in 5 minutes. After these periods described, orders are cancelled.
After purchasing, you will receive the status of your order and will have visibility of the delivery date.
All orders are prepared with care to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
Customs costs or additional fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
When delivery is not made for reasons beyond the control of the MISSUS brand (incorrect information: name, address, telephone number) the 2nd shipment will be borne by the customer.
